HOW IS COWORKING DIFFERENT FROM RENTAL OR LEASING?
Coworking spaces are far more economical & hassle free than renting or leasing. Maintenance & Upkeep of the space is our responsibility .We bear the maintenance & utility cost. You get access to various amenities such as cafeteria, printing, wifi, tea/coffee, meeting room, conference room. In rental or leasing such facilities are not available.
HOW CAN YOU BECOME OUR MEMBER?
We offer various subscription plans such as day pass, dedicated seat plan, private cabin. These plans are charged on daily, hourly or monthly basis.
The subscription fee you pay to us gives you access to all our services and there are no hidden charges.
WHAT ARE OUR OPERATIONAL HOURS?
Our operating hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm IST , Monday to Saturday & expressly exclude any sundays & public holidays.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED?
For individuals, we require pan card/ adhaar card/passport before subscribing to the place. A space declaration form has to be signed by the user at the space.
For companies, we need authorised signatory KYC, Company KYC- GST Certificate( if available) , Incorporation Certificate. An agreement has to be signed between the space & company.
We take client KYC very seriously to ensure safety & security of the place. Space Manager have the right to deny entry if proper KYC is not provided.
